Don't go by the OC or even the phone tracking. Sorry
I've taken delivery of my car two weeks ago, and the OC never showed the options I selected (except Black Leather). The only other thing it gave me was the VIN (which was helpful when looking around for insurance)
The dealer make it out to be like BMW made a major technological breakthrough by using this system, when in real life, it is just a glorified flash presentation, which updates sometimes 2-3 weeks late.
I won't be impressed until you can log on and actually see pictures of the car being built, and pics that update every day that show exactly where the car is. Maybe it's too much to ask?
Your best bet is to talk to your dealer. They have a much more elaborate tracking system than the one we're given on the OC.
