Assume you track teh car with Carbotechs. Do you realize that changing the pads is <30 minutes yourself with the stock calipers? The calipers are not required to be removed, and the pads slide out after removing the pin and clip.
Regardless, a shop shouldn't charge more than an hour labor for these types of pads.
