I use armor all extreame shine. Its orange bottle and you can get it from the shoprite or target. It make your tyre really shine though but you have to make sure it dries perfect before you drive the car. Or else you are going to end up having black marks all over the car. What I usually do is, wash the car, let the tyre dry first and put them on with sponge which came with it. Let them dry at least 2 or 3 hour on the sun to dry and ride the car. First day I drove my car right away and left with big mass. Try it if you want really shine looking. Its less than 10 bucks.
