Hate to fuel a fire that might eventually turn out to be false, but I keep seeing more and more on this rumored turbo E90... thought I'd share (so when it happens, I can say "I TOLD YOU SO!"
). Maybe this is a case of one single bad source reporting it and then all these other secondary sources pick up on it and what we're seeing is all just lots of rumors starting from one bad source, but if the document below is really from inside BMW maybe there may be some truth to all this? In any case it's fun to speculate and dream about it.

Here's a larger image of that engine lineup you see in the second link. The last engine listed there is supposed to be the turbo'd engine
