I'm still at 165 too and a 'Genius' told me earlier this week that the car was definitely still in Mexico despite a delivery date of next week
The info came from my dealer - apparently the process is that Bremerhaven perform recall rectifications ahead of the cars being delivered to the dealer via Southampton.
I'm now tracking the recall on the BMW recall tracker to see when it clears itself.
