Other than that, the JB4 is superior in every aspect. More safety features, data logging, code reading and deleting, boost by gear for better traction control, boost by RPM for a smoother power curve, maps for different stages, custom map, etc...
You can install the Jb4 and not mess with any of the features, but if you ever need them, it's nice to know they are there for you to take advantage of it.

Went with the race chip black because of the lower price, kind of worried about it as I you have mentioned the jb4 has more features and is a "smarter" piggy back. I pulled the trigger too quick. Haven't installed and tested yet but I do have concerns about inconsistency with the boost I get from the race chip black but you get what you pay for.
