I think given what I seen was the intercooler heat soaking on the dyno bad. But in the road at wot it does not do the same, and on the road the stienbauer feels great. So yes, the heat soaking is going to pull timing and cause a loss of power and this may be the reason for the poor figures.
To answer your question, I would say maybe!
