It's a moon roof technically because it's glass. Not because it slides. Both sunroofs and moonroofs slide open. Sunroof is historically opaque in nature and when open let's in the sun. Ie body panel.
But noones made a true "sunroof" in quite some time and the terms are interchangeable if not completely swapped as everyone calls it a sunroof to include in dealer brochures
