I've been in contact with them for the last couple of days and they have been very responsive to my questions over email.
On their website they claim an increase from 292 to 354 hp on the 330e G20 and a decrease of 1,1s in 0-100kph, but according to them that's with high octane fuel (Ron 102). With Ron 98 (map 6) the increase should be 48 hp (340hp), and around 10hp less with Ron 95 (map 5).
They say they do this kind of tuning on 3-series every day, and that this B48 engine is very strong and reliable.
