Is there anyone tracking a 335d here? Is there something to look out for?
His main question was if the engine can handle higher than normal, daily G-forces, so that it doesn't suck air when it should be sucking oil.
He's driving on Michelin Cup2's and is adding camber this year so he's cornering pretty good I'd say.
OR is the n57 pretty much the same as the n55 engine?
Thank you guys.

Hi, I tracked my old E92 330d xDrive few times on Nordschlefe and Autodrom Most. It's not exactly the same car, but I don't think here is much more people who really track their diesel cars.
When I was tracking it first time on NS had around 65k kms on it and engine blowed a week later
Not sure if it was based on the visit of Nordschlefe or visit of the BMW servis for oil change (engine broke 20 km from servis). Complete engine was changed in warranty.... so be careful on temperatures and have oil level on maximum...
The best mod for you are better brakes (if you don't have MSport brakes) or at least better brake pads (if you have MSport brakes). The suspension si not really trackable.
Don't know what to tell you, when you strip 335d down, it will be very fast car!! Maybe try to talk with someone aubout different oil - 5w30 is really not for track use, maybe 5w40 or 5w50, but I'm not a specialist
PS: I've done 8:27 BTG with my E92 330d xDrive automatic with no tune (just brakes)
