I think option 3 makes the most sense but with 20-inch wheels with all-season tires. I just wouldn't want to be bothered with changing tire twice a year. I know that 22-inch wheels are very attractive, but as I said I detected utility between the lines of your post. If you are really sure that you can get 22-inch winter tiles, go for it. But I think that may be a problem. The 50i configurator only lists 21-inch performance tires, no 22's.

Thanks for the reply, that is a pretty accurate assessment. The 742M wheels are the 22's w/ performance tires I was looking at.
