I think every dealership is different in terms of what they're willing to discount; I think if you search you can find dealers willing to discount more than others. The biggest issue with the 19' M5 Competition is the lease programs (poor residuals) and the lack of incentives.
Given that you've just ordered your car I would expect the programs to improve by the time your car arrives and, hopefully, result in a lower monthly payment than those of us who took early deliveries of M5 Comp.
