Car says my key fob battery us dead?!

Anyone encounter this prompt from the car telling you your key is dead?
Any radar detector recommendations? I've seen them from 10bucks to 600.00.

Occasionally when I get into my M2 a message is displayed. Something about key not detected. But the key was recognized sufficiently to allow me to open the locked door. And once inside I press the start button and the engine starts.

Have had the M2 now since mid April of 2023. Could be the key fob batteries (I swap keys every month) are getting weak.

Think the comfort entry feature is hard on key fob batteries.

Just replace the fob watch battery.

You want a Uniden. R7 are priced well with arrow display.

Key batteries are included in your complimentary maintenance program. Have the dealer replace them

Yes, just replaced mine.

CR2032 batteries, 6 Energizer batteries delivered overnight for $8 Amazon Prime.

The key fob batteries deplete very quickly.

I got my car 4/17/23. I have not swapped keys.
I do remember someone at the dealer recommend using the valet key, not the key coded to my preference. Now I see why. Thanks guys.
