Shop having difficulty getting SSG match

Left the car at the body shop all day for them to try to get a good match. They don't feel they quite got it. They are a reputible restoration shop that came highly recommended. I am frustrated they couldn't get it right but thankful they are willing to admit they don't quite have the match perfect. They are having the PPG rep come out next week to make the match. Anyone else had this problem with skyscraper?
