Has anyone bought from Burger Motorsports in the UK?

Hi Guys, I purchased my JB4 G5 upgrade board from BMS on the 9th Feb. I had tracking details with USPS up until the 11th where it left the country en route to the UK. But that was the last of any updates. I've done some internet research and it appears USPS use Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Neither companies have any record of the parcel or tracking number. I assume its sat in customs, but who knows!!

Has anybody had any dealings with BMS or USPS international delivery, because I'm a little concerned its gotten lost in transit and Ill end up out of pocket! cheers

James

For oversea tracking in the UK , try changing the parcel tracking number's last 2 letter e.g US to GB on the royal mail website.

Thanks for the help guys. I've tried changing the last two digits of the tracking number but it's still not recognised. I'll give it a couple more days until I email BMS and see what they suggest.

Well I decided to visit the local Royal Mail depot, and after much searching they managed to find it. It had been detained by customs and I had to pay £11 RM handling fee, but no duty!

Right time to swap out the G4 board for the G5. Cheers guys
