Sounds awsome.... bit scary....
Running stock power settings to bed in the quaife etc, still bit scary after Nisswah land. Big power gains hopefully by the weekend. SJ |

Nah I'm sure you've done a grand job chaps. Actually in all seriousness I've had a couple of people contact me with regard to the down pipes and I think you and kevin ought to sit down and work out a price to fit them officially ? If that makes sense. I'm hoping to pick it up this evening, so no Donuts, this time, but next time I promise ! SJ |

Sorry for being a doofus, but where has it been/what has it had fitted?
Last time we spoke I knew you were running procede and had other bits in the pipeline. Then, am I right in thikning someone crashed into it? Then I read another post about you getting new wheels? What have you done/where are you at with it all right now? Maybe we should have a 'projects' page where those that modify can maintian a bit of a blog, so those interested can keep up to date with each others cars/mods?

MISSED IT SO MUCH !!!!
Ok so it has an open cone filament air intake - ugly and cheap but VERY effective. Riss Racing Catless Down pipes (the bits between the turbos and the main exhaust pipe) These allow much better gas flow and really open up the top end of the rev range, sound awsome too. Quaife diff - utterly brilliant, should be first on any serious mod list. Hartge Anti roll bars - again not really pushed these yet, but together with the Quaife have transformed the heavy converts handling !!! Will be running a barstardised V2 - v3 mod, when I can figure out how to do it... (and it stops raining !) Should be good for xxxbhp () SJ |

Have you got it back James?
A Project page would be fab, all of my cars are little projects, always something exciting to do to them! James, really like the sound of your car, a decatted 335i that has got to sound fantastic and a 'vert you really do have top marks in the Porscha! I like your motorcar awards LOL! How does the Quaife compare to the standard LSD on your car? (I am presuming it comes standard with an LSD) You really must tell us more about your car

ok 200 hard miles on her now.
No cat lights at all, but then as I moved the secondary sensors behind the Secondary cats, there shouldn't be Car is utterly awsome... 4 up, top down, it will pull away from a Ferrari 355 spider (driver +passenger) and STILL gets 30mpg on the motorway Low speed mileage is very poor now and I averaged 11mpg yesterday, but that was spanking it everywhere..... In D mode and gentle its pretty good. Sticks like SHIT on a stick.... still with RFT remember, just brilliant around bends... Not ONE scary moment that wasn't deliberate. utterly confidence building and just amazing.. I LOVE this car. Can you tell ? SJ |
