Wastegate Actuator Failure w/ JB4? HELP!

My car was running like crap for a while, turns out my Flex Fuel sensor wiring on my JB4 was bad so I replaced that. I'm no longer getting any codes about the fuel pressure sensor reading being too low. But now I'm getting a drivetrain malfunction for the following when I read the codes on the JB4:

123431 electric wastegate, stop learning: stop position (wastegate open) outside tolerance
123401 Wastegate Learning Stop During *** Heading Cycle
123432 electric wastegate, stop learning: stop position (wastegate closed) outside toleran
120408 Reduced power mode

Is this a settings issue or hardware (wastegate actuator failure)?

I noticed my DWP is set to 0, FF/Wastegate Adaption is at 142, PID is at 12

Also, under the "WMI" section in the JB4 app, none of the bits under Ethanol Setup are set to on.

Are these all things that need to be corrected? There is about an E30 mixture in the car now.

Suggest you dismantle the JB4 to be sure this isn't causing the problem.

Is the turbo building pressure, starting the build up at the same rpm as usual?

Is there no pressure build up at all? Then the waste is stuck in open.

Please check above.

Post the JB4 log, it shows the wastegate activity.

What was the fix ?

What was the resolution?

I'm getting the same codes after JB4 EWG upgrade.

Long story:
Had an older JB4 on EWG car. Upgraded to EWG (new board+new wire) and now I'm getting the same exact code/errors. All connections feel solid.
Figured I would ask what this guy's issue/resolution was.
Or do I send logs in as well?

Thanks,
Kevin

Remove the JB4.

After that's done, do the symptoms repeat?

Also, I think you mentioned FF wires, but there's also a set of wires that you have to buy separately to connect the JB4 directly to the EWG.

Do you have those too?
