Anyone know what / if anything has changed to the build sheets for the 2024 model? I heard a rumor a carbon fiber roof will be standard in the US?
My allocation came up finally so I want to ensure I get the correct options.

My dealership is saying that the two new colors are available starting with November build dates. However they also told me that the carbon bucket seats are not available so take that with a grain of salt.

Fake News. I have got a 2024 VIR, vehicle inquiry report, right in front of me. Other than the $1k price increase and model changing from 23R M2 Coupe to 24R M2 Coupe there are no other changes. This same MY24 build sheet has the carbon fiber roof still listed at $2600.

Make sure to inquire what build week and get a VIR once your specs are entered.

They want 5k markup so I’m debating honestly. That’s kinda breaking the deal for me even though I know some people are paying up to 10k over. I have a 2022 G42 M240i now so not 100% sure I want to drop an extra 20k since I don’t track it or just mod my G42 for a few grand an boost up the B58.

On a car you're building / ordering? Thought the markups were only for HEA / on the lot models not for ones you were putting a deposit on and waiting for months.

Varies per dealer. We formally had a $5k ADM on all M cars.

You might pass on the car, especially with ADMs… if you’re not tracking or looking for the extra edge, the M2 might not be an upgrade.

Yea I’ve driven it. The M240i xDrive is faster off the line for sure (until the xDrive M2 comes out), but it was more about road presence for me and updated tech. I have some extra cash laying around too. I’m still on the fence, but I found a dealership thanks to a member here, that is selling at MSRP.
I’ll see what the options are otherwise I’ll drop a couple grand into the G42 to perk it up a bit. My buddy’s M240i is pushing almost 600hp with spacers and dropped. The B58 rules all.

I was on the wailist at beverly hills bmw since last year, but my sales advisor still asks $5k over msrp. I guess each sales guy is different?

I am parting ways with my M2 if you are interested. Although, I am on the east coast. Parting ways with it to make space financially and physically for kid #2.
