Yokohama Advansport Tire

Well, she finally just got dropped off and it looks like I didn't win the tire lottery nor did I lose it ha. Anyone have these tires on their 2025? Thoughts, experiences? Thanks for your help.

I have them - in the past I wasn't a Yoko fan (M or bust) but I've been impressed with the grip and large tread blocks on these tires. Would buy again and typically much cheaper than Ms

I have them. So far, no major complaints but I also haven't had anything else on to compare them with. Plus, I took delivery of my car in late November, so I've not experienced them in warm weather yet, which of course is what they were designed for. I do get a bit of vibration around 70MPH, but that might be more to do with the balance being a bit off than the tire itself.

Congrats on finally getting your car!

When I bought my car (also didn’t win the lottery but it’s like winning your money back with the yokos) it rained for a week and it’s also been raining off and on for the last two weeks and I do think the tires are great in the rain.

I don’t think they’ll last more than 20k miles but when they do I’ll probably buy Michelins. Maybe I’ll get lucky and find some factory take off M3 wheels with Michelins on them.

Seem to be fine in the rain. Of course I've had traction control on each time it was wet outside.

Here's an article you might find useful: https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests...y.jsp?ttid=329

The BMW Star Spec MPS4S and Advan Sport V107 tyres fitted on the G87 are a bit different than the ones tested by Tirerack, though.

I put a set of these on my past MY19 S3. They were decent in South Florida conditions (not as good as PS4Ss) but wore through them rather quickly.
