I have used BMS and MAD on my cars, never had any issues or noticed any difference between the two.

there is no "best". there are many companies that make these simple parts. any name brand is fine.

Future Classic makes high end spacers, that's what I went with and still have in my garage now that I have aftermarket wheels. If I ever go back to stock wheels for some reason, i'll reuse the spacers.

Future Classics are top shelf spacers. There's a reason why IND stocks them exclusively in all sizes for various BMW platforms... !
