VanDans 2025 Alpine White LCI M2 Build
Just thought I would get a head start on a build thread since I have almost all the parts now but car isn't due to arrive for another 3-4 weeks.
This will be my first BMW. My last two previous car was a 2016 GT4 then a 2016 Golf R. The M2 just ticked all the right boxes for me: Front Engine/Rear Drive with Manual Transmission Powerful Turbo Inline 6 with huge aftermarket support. This car is not a daily for me, just a weekend fun car. I may do the occasional track day but it is mostly a weekend mountain drive car. My spec: Last edited by VanDan; 07-08-2025 at 08:50 AM.. |

For wheels I was back & forth about what I wanted...I thought for sure it was going to be the BMW M1000M wheels in black but I wasn't too keen on a 21" rear wheel.
In the end I ended up spending more than I've even spent on a set of wheels but after seeing them in person I knew I had made the right decision. BBS LM-R Diamond Silver 20 x 10 ET 12 20 x 11 ET 14 Also a Titanium Stud Conversion Kit 5mm & 3mm Spacers for flush fitment. For rubber I went with the Yokohama Advan Neova AD09 285/30/20 305/30/20 Last edited by VanDan; 06-08-2025 at 08:09 AM.. |

I plan on just changing the mid-pipe on the car for a little extra growl in the winter. I wanted a more aggressive tail pipe so I went with the Burkhart Engineering 4.5" in brushed stainless steel. I went with the brushed stainless as my wheels will be silver so it'll be matchy matchy.
Tips are high quality and look amazing. Highly recommend if you are looking to change...just the tip.. ![]() |
