Hi Folks,


Got a problem with the I-drive knob, just fitted a hands free kit, and don't know it it has anything to do with it, but the i-drive knob just spins, no resistance, and seems as though it's just disconnected?.

Spoke to BMW and when I told the girl on the phone, she said `i know it just spins'.. I asked if it was common, she said `no, but it does happen', so it might not have anything to do with what I have done.

Any ideas..
