It depends on the dealer. Most won't care unless something breaks as a result of the mods. I just installed H&R sports on my xdrive and it dropped it about 2" which is aggressive and obvious to anyone that knows these cars. Don't install springs without changing the shocks too as they're under damped for the lower/stiffer springs.

From what I've been told... Dinan is in the process of developing springs for the f32 xdrive. Hopefully it won't be too long

I spoke to a guy called chris at the uk shop, and he said you don't need the dampers.
