Got my ecu back from femto, 6 day turn around time.
Stage 2 is definitely way too much for my current tires, competition tuning was pretty sweet but I’ll settle for stage 1 ots until I get better tires and a custom tune. Car is pretty ridiculous now, a little nerve wracking to actually drive actually. |

I got my car back from PPF and window tint today. Very pleased with the results of the window tint and glad I went with 35% on rear/sides, 70% for the windshield. I scoured over the PPF and it is really clean so no complaints there either. Need to get some better pics with less reflections but here you go.

Installed M Performance Alcantara knee pads.
Simple 2 min install. Pop the shifter surround up by pulling from the bottom inside the center console, then use a plastic trim tool to pop each oem knee pad out. Snap the new ones in and done. They're much thicker than the oem plastic pieces. Part # 51-95-5-A27-1B6. List price is $302, but you can get them for $232 here, www.bmwpartscenter.com

Thank you! Do you think I have a "type" with my cars?? Here is my previous M240i with the black and blue. My wife's SUV is also black and I'm sure there is some blue paint out there for her calipers....

I know there are so many other cool things that I could do to my M2 today but I wanted to close the loop on my incident from last week. Last Friday this wannabe-sword piece of crap tried to impale the bottom of my car. I had the car hoisted up and checked out today. Got really lucky as the metal nearly got the brake lines and only made a small impression on the underbody.

I wanted to see under the car just in case there was damage needing attention. The metal piece tore through the plastic/felt underbody guard and I wanted that patched up to prevent debris and moisture from getting in.
