I am on MP HAS so I think this is probably just because of my snow tires. Trying to decide my next move... Do I wait and try again with the PS4S and only run spacers half the year? Or do I try some 12mm front spacers?

Either have your inner fender liners modified with screening or pony up for these and your rubbing will disappear.

Looking forward to flooring it in lower gears and juicing it up to redline. A few more hours until go time.
Got mine done Friday, and never understood how potent these cars are.

Agreed. I was coming from a 19' M240i that was tuned to make about 450HP and I assumed that car would be faster. I was so wrong. The S58 is on a whole different level.

Installed Halotron fire extinguisher mounted under passenger seat using the existing seat mount points.

The fire extinguisher is Amerex A384T Halotron Wall-Mount 1.4 lb. Class B C Fire Extinguisher. This is rated for airplane cockpit use, data centers, etc. Halotron I Clean Agent is a gas that leaves no residue and will not harm engine or electronics like the powder found in most extinguishers including the BMW branded one.

The mount is adjustable, made by The Bracketeer and I was able to obtain an OEM-like fit. And the best part, it costs less than half of than the gray market version sold under the BMW brand.

TRE. It's very nice. I hate to say it, but there's a reason why quality CF parts cost the way they do. I'll finish the install of everything tomorrow and take some pics.

Also, if you're wondering, here's what the car looks like without a bumper.

Looks like he used electrical tape to make it appear as if the lights are larger, like in a video that's been going around.

Well I gave in and decided to follow the rules here in MN and added a front license plate. I picked up the Sto n Sho quick release product and it's super easy to take it on and off. The plate does sit pretty low but I do like this look.

This removes the nervous feeling I get when a cop drives by. I'm sure ScottyRyan2019 will say I'm a wuss

Boooooo!!! I get it though. I’ve been riding without a front plate since 2019-2023 in my GTI and now on the M2. I’ve rolled passed lots and lots of cops and get nervous as well, but they never seem to care.

I will take it on and off when I feel like it. If it hadn't been for how easy the Sto n Sho was to remove I don't think I would have bought a plate holder. I do want to pick up those new black plates with white lettering as those would blend in a little better with the car.

I’m with you - I broke down and added the no drill Sly Bracket. Just didn’t want to worry about it…and at some point I expect to be pulled over in this puppy and don’t want them adding even more to the ticket! 😉
