Just ordered some Black Friday wheels from Apex: VS-5RS 19x10" and 20x11"

C.Quartz GLISS ceramic coat on lighter 825M wheels. (I'll sell the stock, cast 930s).

This should make cleaning the wheels easier!

Ceramic coat on the wheels helps with cleaning. Normal spray and wipe during wash is really all that's needed. This is why I coat my oem wheels too even if they are temporary and to be replaced in the near future.

Easy! Took me under an hour and I went pretty slow.

Of course it was easier because the wheels were off and had just been powdercoated.

Thanks! It will take me a little longer with 2 months driven on the wheels. I sense some cleaning/prep will take way longer than the coating.

Did you try removing the scuffs with a polisher? When I’ve removed things in the past the marring usually comes right out after a polish of the area.

Pulled the trigger and ordered the AA EL mid pipe mike@x-ph.com Black Friday sale still going on. Price was excellent, free shipping, couldn’t resist.

Question for anyone though- should I wait until after break in service to put this on? I am at 350 miles flat and get her back this weekend from PPF/Tint.

You could wait if you are not in a hurry but the midpipe should be an issue either way

How hard was the wing to install?

Installed a clutch stop!

I have to say I was already getting used to not pushing the clutch all the way in, so not sure how much it really got me. Pretty easy and cheap to install though and definitely reduced unnecessary pedal travel.
