I was wondering if that was the cause. You're right that it isnt the most inuitive step in the process to have it going backwards on the tracker.

Reading the last couple pages of this thread is really comical, not in a good way, because my order switched from Final Assembly (8/10) to Ready for Transport on 8/31, the date I can see someone say 2 ships left Mexico. On 9/18 I get a message from my CA saying it's at the VPC. Status changes to 'In Transit' then goes back to 'At The Port'

If I were still begging to use my mom's car I'd be pissed but I gotta say, other than worrying about my deposit I haven't thought about the M2 since getting a Type R. I still want it but I don't mind the wait.

Long story short I feel for you guys checking this daily. What's the point in having tracking systems in place if they skip all the critical steps and still aren't accurate

How accurate is the free version of vessel finder? Seems like a lot of info is missing and I'm having trouble finding out if and when a vehicle carrier ship is going in and out of Veracruz bound for Galveston

I'd like to know if anyone with Build Week 39 or 40 has received a ship assignment yet? Any CA's on here that has access to see if any Mexico built cars have gotten assigned and or shipped with the build weeks too would be helpful.

The latest I'm told as of a few mins ago is that my car is still at the port since 10/1 and just waiting on a ship assignment. I asked what port it is at and they said it's not showing on their system. For all I know it may already be on the way. At least I can hope that is the case.

Lots of east coasters waiting on a ship (most of which have stopped by the east coast 38-42 build week thread). I’m just hoping to see one of us update from 165 to at the port or shipped (whatever the real status message is for on the boat) that will give a lot of us hope.

The Toronto itinerary matches previous BMW deliveries to the East Coast, but it's a darn long time from Sept 24 (GLOVIS CARDINAL) to Oct 30.
Edit: I'm not sure this is true anymore about the Toronto. I also have my eye on the GLOVIS Sunrise.

I'm confident that any G87's and other BMW's ready for transport and headed to Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, or Arkansas should board the ship Toscana tomorrow and if not then the ship Toronto that departs Veracruz on the 30th

The ship Toronto leaving the 30th goes to Galveston then Altamira, MX then to Brunswick and Baltimore. I'd say that ship is the highest likelihood to have our cars, especially yours but mine might be put on the earlier ship Toscana (that one doesn't go to the east coast)

My car was produced on week 35 (end of August). It landed a few days ago in Bremerhaven. Now it's somewhere in Austria (on its way to Hungary), however my CA told me due to unknown reasons many cars have been stopped there for undefinable time, so "it can take from 2days to 2weeks for delivery" (which is ridiculous, considering it's in the neighbour... )

To cut a long story short, for me it took 1,5-2 months from production to actual delivery.

edit: I have been told, that there is a customer office in Schwertberg, Austria that's charged to organize the deliveries (+ extra step in the process)

New to this forum and currently waiting on my G87. Saw this and thought I would add. I am based in the UK. Just got an update from my local dealership today. Car estimated production was Week 32 (August 7th to August 13th 2023), actual production date was 15th August 2023. Current status is 165 - Transit from USA to Bremerhaven but that status was last updated 4th October 2023.

Expected at dealership w/c 20th November (Week 47 2023).

Check the K-line shipping schedule - you can then try and predict which ship you’ll be on. You’ll probably be on the Drive Green Highway…..

I have been "ready for transport" since 10/19. I hope to make it on the next ship.
