2009 CTS-V - Official Photos and Press Release

http://www.autoblog.com/2008/01/08/d...d-with-550-hp/

550 HP

A little porky though, but the brakes certainly look up to the job! Very nice overall...

Cool....I was gonna post that!

About the porky layout, I guess it was not going to escape the hefty weight issue. The normal cts 2008 with a v6 engine, weigh's around 4000pounds....So I am guessing, this is going to be above or near 2 tons(4400pounds).

4200 for the 6-speed manual and 4300 for the 6-speed auto...

With that HP and TQ, it really might give the M5 break a sweat. And the aftermarket potential for this should be interesting.

That interior is gorgous.

Cadillac got a good hold of the interior this time, a great adaptation of the Mercedes C-Class / E-Class interior. The exterior is not bad either. I think GM did a pretty good job on this one. Still wouldn't want to make me own one though.

Interior is good. Exterior is not so good. Not really feeling the angular bodywork or the mesh used for the grille or bumper. It's a shame because with an interior like that it DESERVES a much better exterior.

Performance will be interesting though.

It should be a very nice and fast car. GM is the only domestic car maker getting it right these days.

Holy shite! Look at that interior! And those seats! The only thing I'm not crazy about is the exterior from the A-pillar forwards. Recaros ftw.

Lets se about that. Cadilac never got marked over here course people looked at the inside and found cheap plastic wich was wery poorly put together. To soft driving for our taste. They tryed in the last model to make it more stiff for EU taste. But they forgot about our demands for quality inside.
And as the same price as bmw or WV the choice was easy.

Its a car wich will be promoted in denmark as a business car - i wait for the writers to pull it apart.

Price in DK will be arround 200.000$

Not bad looking.

The front looks like a walrus with it's tusks cut off though.
