I remember the sound when I went to test drive the F Type R coupe. Definitely memorable! The "regular" F Type V8 has the same sound as well.
Here's a video from my "track" drive of the F Type V8 from the F Type launch event. It's very lively around the corners and the rear snapped out coming around the corners. I was expecting it and caught it. Very fun car to play with oversteer.

I bought the F type R coupe last spring and I love it! It is parked for winter and I am having some serious withdrawal not driving it. My X5M has to have one of the most disappointing exhaust sounds for a high performance vehicle. It has been causing me to shop for something else. If Spring doesn't come soon I may not be able to hold out.

It's not as good as an F-Type but by far better than the old X5/X6 M.

That is a huge improvement over my 2013 exhaust sound. Very nice. Much more fitting for the performance of these vehicles.

That thing sounds so badass. I definitely want to test the new SVR version!
