Rules for vendors who offer services?

I wanted to post in the light mod section of the E9X section and offer lab quality cluster repair and light modification. I was hoping if someone could lead me in the right direction. I want to offer more smd type of electronic components for 3 series bimmers.

I have the laboratory equipment to do specific stuff and wanted to see if I could just help my race car fund by offering these services.

It's better to task them then make a thread and end up banned. So you are doing this the right way.

You could always advertise on facebook or other social media for free. You may have to pay a vendor fee here but the MOD can let you know.

I wouldn't mind paying the fee. I'm pretty sure you guys are all really smart. However I didn't see anyone offering these services and I thought it would be a pretty cool supplement service.

I had no real direction other than modding the LEDs on the cluster gauge. I have an smd lab in the backyard. I'm an EE student at a university. If I can figure out what people need here, I can probably get it done. But I would have to develop a "product" around it.
