Lemon Law Attorney NJ

Can anyone recommend a Lemon Law Attorney located in NJ?

It's not for my i8, it's for another car of mine which has been a disaster. In service for 35 days in 10 months. Same issue 4 times and still not fixed.

Thanks guys!

Just ask your personal attorney they typically have colleagues who do just about everything or can refer you out to someone. Would trust that rather than random recommendations from a forum.

My attorney said he could do it, but I would rather go with a proper lemon law attorney. One that knows the players in the game.

Have you told the dealer and Corporate for the manufacturer that you plan to use the Lemon Law for NJ and if they can't get this worked out with you that you will be getting an attorney? Possibly avoid the lawyer?

You should probably read this and make sure you have followed the required steps for getting it resolved before moving forward. Also looks like there is provisions to handle it without a lawyer but you have to decide if this is a good idea -

Yeah I meant as him if he knows anyone who specializes in that sort of thing - not sure exactly what area of law would cover that. I deal with like 20 lawyers every day for work and they all have their areas of expertise.

This seems like a weird niche thing where you'd want someone who does it all the time.
