Going to Montreal F1?
Hi Guys,
I was just wondering if anyone is heading to the Grand Prix this weekend. I went yesterday and like usual, Mercedes had their tent setup with some nice AMG goodies and had a bunch of other cars scattered at the entrance but I did enjoy the fact that people were taking pics with my M3 when I got back to my car later that day. Anyone else going? |

I was there yesterday, heading out today with the kids, and of course tomorrow. unfortunately, unable to drive my ///M to the track.
Our seats are on the Senna Corner -- wonderful views of turns and cars leaving the pits (and a few mishaps).... |

The Senna curve is the best spot to watch the Montreal Grand-Prix, particularly in grand stand 12. I had seat there for over 15 years. I gave them up a few years ago .

Yup, we're in grandstand 12, i'll post some of my photos soon.
After an exciting qualification, the most amazing thing took place today. Hamilton took pole -- his 65th, tied with Ayrton Senna -- and he, Vettel and Bottas came to the Senna Corner to be interviewed. While there, Hamilton was presented with one of Senna's race helmets, courtesy of Senna's family and in honor of the occasion. I'm still getting over it. |

It starts on the main NBC network in a minute where I live (provided that tennis(?) isn't running long)... Not sure if there's any pre-race; I didn't see anything before 11a on any of the little NBCs.
