Jason Cammisa leaving Motor Trend

Sad to seen him leave MT. I know a lot of you guys hated the man and I've had my reservations but honestly, the stuff he/they (him and Johnny Lieberman) put out for MT was pretty entertaining, if anything.

Especially it being free content.

Wondering if it has anything to do with Carlos Lago being back...

I personally like Carlos Lago a lot better and he is much better driver.

Cammisa while good was either bitchin about something or trying too hard to make a joke/skit.

I have mixed feeling because he is annoying to listen to. I can take him in small doses but feel like he would be painful to listen to day in and day out. And he's a bit of a know it all, so yeah, yuck.

I like Johnny, but Jason is hit or miss. A lot of auto journalists (including Jason) tries too hard to be like Clarkson.

I, initially didnt like Jason. He tried too hard and was not funny, but he started to tone it down and worked very well with Johnny. I dont get all this love for Carlos though. He is VERY boring.

Yeah I'm not a fan of Jason. Carlos was a far better reviewer than Jason or Johnny. At least Johnny doesn't make it a habit to bash cars often enough to make it annoying af to listen to all the time.

He was very technically knowledgeable. He was hard on BMW but BMW deserves all its criticism, just look at that ugly ass turd 6GT they revealed yesterday.

Imagine if some how all the /DRIVE hosts went to MotorTrend.

Imagine a Farah, Harris, Spinelli MotorTrend show.

I know Spinelli is with TheDrive.com, so probably cross competitor, but Farah has all the MotorTrend guys on his podcasts and Harris appears to be allowed to cross competitor since he does Top Gear and still does /DRIVE on NBC Sports.
