About To Start A Track Car Build

anyone interested on me doing a full video/ write up on an LS1 engine I'm about to purchase and upgrade the entire engine and drop it in a roller not sure if I should buy a BMW E30 roller or a Nissan 240sx or maybe something else

FB or FC RX7s are also decent candidates, or an NA Miata with a Spec Miata roll cage.
