Let's say if I want to use a picture of my 335 to print it as wall printing/Wall Art Decor. Will I get in trouble with Bmw?

Or if I want to use a picture of Delta airline aircraft which I took and turn it into wall printing/wall art decor, would Delta airline come back ask for its copyright?

No. You own the copyright to any picture you take.

IANAL, but I think that it depends on how tight you are zoomed into the badge/logo for trademark violation cases.....

Yeah, copyright and trademarks are different animals. You own the picture copyright, but you may not be able to use the picture to promote a business you own.
