2012 320I- plan to buy

I plan to buy a 2012 make 320i. The odometer shows 46,000 kms. What all should I check before buying and what all costs should I expect in the near future. I have never used a German luxury brand. So its fine if you guys can introduce me to a discussion thread that discusses issues on a 2012 320i
