Waiting list and ADMs
I'm probably going to order an M2 and haven't bought a new BMW since my individual E90 M3 in MCB back in 2011.
I emailed a friend at a local dealer and he added me to the list, #24 he said but people will fall off once orders need a deposit, according to him. I then emailed the dealer i bought my last car from and he wanted a deposit now plus a $10k ADM once it arrived. Now I'm well aware of ADM, having bought 2 new Raptors last year and waiting on a CT5V Blackwing I didn't pay ADM on any of them since i ordered them but both are getting $20k ADM off the lot for people who just have to have them now. What is everyone else seeing? Is 10k normal right now for an ordered BMW or just this car in particular? Thanks |

G87 M2 BMW Order / Waitlist https://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1917522 As for ADM, you should have no problem finding dealers at MSRP. You may just be low on the list (although much higher than 24th). Plenty of them out there with not very long waiting lists, just call around even outside your region, especially if you're willing to do a performance center delivery. $10k ADM is ridiculous in general, and paired with being 24th in line is outrageous. You may not get your car for years at that point and the market will likely look very different than it does now. |
