They look so good! Can’t wait to see how these look on my BG build. I know you said you’re probably not doing spacers but are you dropping the suspension at all?

Not for this part. That will come soon when I hear about a product that won't ruin the ride.

I also have an issue with my driveway being a big ass curb so I'm honestly not sure how low I can go yet.

I have the same problem with my driveway, my M240 isn’t scraping but my wife drives a 2022 MB C300 4matic and her front barely scrapes on the driveway so I know it’ll be an issue when dropping my M2. It’s gonna cost a pretty penny to have it repaved but it’s a necessity for me

There are definitely solutions available. I'll put some thought into it next week when I have the brain capacity

Detailing the car now and doing ceramic. There is so much glue and nonsense caked into the car from stickers and bird shit. The guys at Hendrick did an OK job washing but def not pro level.

Yesterday it poured all day and drove a lot of places so I also accumulated a lot of road shit unfortunately.

That's right, undercarriage is 4.5-4.6ish. You need to be careful how low you go. 15-20 is ideal for looks IMO and shouldn't get you into much trouble at all.

The streets here are terrible and I've gotten away with lowered cars for years. My rule of thumb is to keep the ground clearance above 4" and know how to enter/exit steep inclines/declines. With a 20mm drop you're pretty much at 4" GC. I'm not sure if you even need to go that low though. Spacers on OEM wheels or getting aftermarket wheels with a different offset go a long way in filling up the wheel well.

I've got wheels on order with an extra 15mm up front and 12 in the rear, so I think I'm gonna start with 15mm drop, because otherwise the car looks like it's on skateboard wheels with a 3 inch lift.

The streets where I live are horrible, but I just moved here and am learning where the dips n potholes are before I get the car in July. But they have already started filling most of the potholes since most of the snow is melted as of last week.

So you don't plan to install the HAS or a third-party suspension solution?

My first rodeo, so I'm trying to figure out the best way to make the car look good, and I don't plan on going to the track so HAS seems like overkill for me.

I plan on getting the M Performance HAS and use spacers on OEM wheels or get aftermarket wheels in the proper offset.

I find the stock ride a little harsh even in "luxury" mode, and I'm coming from a lifted/harsh Jeep Wrangler. Having said that, the better perspective is that it's "sporty" and I usually crank up my sportiness settings even on suspension so obviously this isn't a problem for me, only when I'm taking wifey on date night. I wouldn't mind laying frame but the practical side of me is kicking in and for now I'm going with stock ride height. I don't think it looks bad. I think I beat you on "1st mod" though... I put in some anodized blue aluminum caps under the hood in early April.
