Daily drivers since my boys (2 1/2 yrs apart) have been in fwd facing seats are e46 and e92 M3s. Currently looking at either G87 or G82, not even considering more than 2 doors. They learn to jump back there on their own, you be sure to give a good visual check of belt routing every time they buckle in. Once out of booster seats they progress to front seat set back at point where they are sure to hit a deployed and not deploying airbag. Once they are both out of boosters they learn the concept of calling shotgun right quick. Kids sort themselves out to your world if you let them.
