Hey everyone! I am 165 as of yesterday on my G87. I am in the OC area and looking to take delivery early November (hoping that I get on the 10/20 Aquarius Leader). Is there any M owners in the area that are down for weekend cruises/Car and coffee meetups at all? Would be great to get together with other G8X drivers from time to time.

Let me know if you ever want to cruise to a show. I was at period correct today, it was fun. I’m in LA sometimes also.

Sure, I'm down for cruising to S. OC Car and Coffee. Last time I was there it was BMW day. There was only 1 G87 M2. There are always nice super cars there. Let's try getting together soon. My M2 is still at PPF shop for a full front. I drove less than a mile so far.

I go in for PPF this Thurs- free after that. I made the mistake of driving before scheduling my appointment. Oops lol (I already got a few hairline scratches that need buff)

I'm picking up from the PPF shop today. It's full front, not the whole car. I might do the full roof later. I'm out of town in the next 2 weeks so Dec. might be a good time to cruise to car and coffee.

Yep. I’ve been once. It gets super rowdy and I hate to say it but people do not care about leaning on your car.
It’s still a good experience however.

It’s pretty relaxing there. My buddy also comes who has a matching G87 as me (besides his ZF8)

I drive an E39, but I am the admin for a FB group (OC BMW Owners) if you want to join – we do cruises, drives, meets, track days, etc. Lots of OC G8x owners in there!
