Probably. I can see the possibility of rocks or debris getting in there and maybe cause some damage? The brake cooling ducts on my Z06 are underneath with have deflectors in front, so they seem more protected.

I did not use brake-duct screen. Not needed. Looks better to me overall without lol!

I like this idea. Question though, how do you get the grill behind the front center supports without bending it out of shape?
