Hey guys, I just received my Stradale front grill protector but I’m having trouble removing the lower front lip (black trim) to install it.

I’ve watched videos and have removed the 2 push pins, 4 10mm screws and 6 upper clips however it’s still firmly attached. I’m afraid of pulling hard to detach it since I thought it would be easily removable and don’t want to damage anything. Has anyone removed the piece? Is it suppose to come loose? Or do I need to pull hard?

There are eight clips in total. Two of them sit to the outside of each sensor along the top edge.

Yea I miscounted, I unclipped them all up top. The issue is that the bottom part is firmly stuck even when I remove the push pins and screws. IÂ’d rather have the piece fully removed than squeeze it through.

Let me know if it came off easily for you after taking off the pins/screws/clips

Decided to remove the entire bumper. Or mostly, to have a gap large enough to get the screen in. Only one side of the wheel well off to get some room. Gave up doing only that part since clips where kind of stubborn.

I recently replaced the entire front bottom piece, and was surprised at the amount of screws I had to remove. Double check you have them all out. Once I had them all off, the bottom was easy to pull off.
