There are nany posts on what power people are making with all the G8X cars. What you will be at depends on the mods and tune/tuner (with of course variables such as locale/clinate). As to BM "tune" I can't comment other than recommend a true custom tune by a hired tuner.

Yes, if comparing apples to apples, you will end up with the same (with a caveat that just slapping an OTS on or a piggyback could lead to slight differences...that is why a custom tune is called a custom tune, its custom to each car/application).
