Remote engine start in Europe

Hi all.
You probably don’t know that in Europe we cannot use engine remote start.
Is there a way to enable it with some coding or we just have a completely different ECU that doesn’t allow it?

I am also interested in this feature. I don't know why BMW does not offer this feature in EU because my father has a 2022 Ford Focus and he has this remote start function in Ford App.
