Driving your M2 across the GW Bridge from Philly to Boston
My first road trip with the M2, across the George Washington bridge, a favorite of mine, not so much. I picked a Saturday night, expecting it to be quiet, but no, every single person in New York City was out on the road clogging up traffic.
Well, Connecticut is a big problem usually with all of the slow left laners on 95, but the M2 can turn that around. A little zipping here and there and some clear roadway led to a pleasant trip at the end. I thought I’d just share an early experience of the power in this car on the road. 50, 75 or 100 are all the same feeling. True German feeling of the build of a base M2 with the port installed HAS. Coming from a 2008 M3, I expected a lot. This car delivers. Glad I bought it. |

No doubt that I-95 in CT is the worst ever, especially west of New Haven. The Meritt Parkway is the way to go, but if there is a problem that can turn into a parking lot in a heartbeat. The Tappan Zee is the way to go thru that area...
