Empty slot on left corner of engine bay

Hello is this normal on new M2?

I found an empty slot in the left corner when open the engine bay.

You could always obtain the pedal and brake master cylinder/reservoir assembly from a RHD car and turn it into a dual control vehicle, to use the space as intended.
