Issue with BMW Performance Center M Track Day Refund

I purchased tickets for the M Track Day during the UDE on September 7, 2024, at a 20% discount with an on-site M school representative. They assured me the tickets were fully refundable within 60 days for any reason.

However, on September 9, I discovered their website was offering a 25% discount for the same event. When I called customer service for a price adjustment, they refused, so I requested a cancellation and a full refund, which they said would take 7-10 days.

Now, 10 days later, I still haven’t received my refund. Each time I call, I’m told it’s being processed, and I end up waiting over 20 minutes just to speak to someone. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Has anyone else had trouble getting a refund from BMW Performance Center? I'm debating whether to continue pursuing this or to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Curious what the cost was at the 20% discount.
