Katsuobushi, rice, nori and kimchi

Haven’t had this in a while. Great contrast in flavor and texture between the intense and crunchy kimchi vs the subtle and soft smoked shaved fish.

I tried the limited-time Chicken Big Mac that launched a few days ago.

Press reports said that they are using more special sauce on it than the hamburger equivalent. With no flex in the crispy batter when you squeeze it, the extra sauce causes the innards go squirting out from between the buns before you can take your first bite.

My opinion is a solid meh, but I probably will give it another try (special order with less special sauce) before they end the promotion.....
