I recently put my order in for a 2025 M2 and was reviewing the information in the MyGarage app. It lists “Special Edition” under the Added Optioms section. Does that correspond to an option I selected or mean anything?

Only weird thing I see on your inquiry is the decoding for no-dazzle high beam but that wouldn't make it a "special edition". Not sure what it could be.

That is on every US car unfortunately, but you can code them back in.

Does it only show up if you have the lighting package? I added it after ordering so that's probably why it doesn't show up on my original inquiry.

Edit: sorry yeah it only shows up on there if you have the lighting package. It's listed on my new inquiry report.

Oh maybe only one package supports the physical ability so then needs it decoded. But it isn't a special edition thing.

Unlikely given that it’s scheduled for production in early November. I’d be open to something little like an anniversary badge though.

its the special 51st anniversary edition. all badges will be hot pink with a periwinkle border and you can't change it.

There is a G87 M2 special edition, but only sold in South Korean and only eleven are being made.

It's nothing more than an M2 with carbon bits and only offered with the AT. Not that special if you ask me.

Can't comment on the "special edition", but I would say save your couple hundred $ on the wireless charging. It's not worth it, unless you live somewhere cold and just need a phone heater.
