From X4 30i to M240i?

Well as the title implies I currently own a 2023 X4 30i and thinking of trading it for a new m240i I don’t use the back seats too often, I am just worried about the convenience of the M240 as daily driver, the comfort in uneven roads and the ground clearance. Any comment wil be highly appreciated .
